Our Hiring Process
Discover how our hiring process works
Application
You submit your application using your resume or LinkedIn profile, adding a motivation and answering some questions.
The hiring team reviews all applications with care.
You can expect a first response within 3-5 working days.
Screening
If you are selected, you will be invited for the next round, which can be:
- A phone screening
- A video call
- An introductory interview at the HQ
During this first check-in you will get to know more about LOAVIES, the role and we will discuss your background and try to answer all your questions.
Following this first step, we decide if you're a match and if we continue the process.
Interview
During the interviews at our HQ, you will meet several colleagues from the LOAVIES Squad. Your future manager will be one of them.
These interviews focus on skills, past experience, the role fit, but also of course the LOAVIES fit (if you align with our values).
Case
Various elements may be part of the process. This varies depending on the job. For example:
- A personality scan
- A case study/assessment
- An assignment
- A reference check
You will be informed and receive instructions about this during the hiring.
