We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LOAVIES HQ in Zwolle!

LOAVIES is growing rapidly and we have ambitious plans for the future of fashion. In the past 2 years we doubled our team (from 50 to 100 employees) and in the next 12 months we hope to double up again!

In this role you will be a business partner towards your hiring managers. You recruit for different type of disciplines such as Creative, Buying, Marketing and Customer Support.

What’s the deal?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be part of our People & Culture Team. You are, together with your squad, responsible for delivering the best candidate experience whilst you find outstanding talent to join LOAVIES. Besides that, employer branding is an important part of our Talent Acquisition plan. It’s yours to execute this in a fashionable way ;-) LOAVIES is growing fast and we need you to take action!

What are you going to do?

  • Advise hiring managers on their Talent Acquisition needs as well as the best sourcing channels;

  • Job intakes with hiring managers and setting up the job profiles;

  • Position LOAVIES as attractive employer and a great place to work;

  • Sourcing and engaging with candidates;

  • CV screening and candidate interviews (of course)

  • Building a talent pool (we love talent!)

  • Employer branding and improve the way we attract the best talent.

  • Internal stakeholder management;

  • Support ad hoc HR projects.


Who are we looking for?

  • Experience with recruiting in a fast paced environment; We really are scaling up so never a dull moment!

  • You are currently based in the Netherlands, there are no international / relocation options at this stage; 

  • Experience with (end to end) Talent Acquisition processes;

  • Creative, with an interest in Employer Branding; You are guarding and improving the channels and employer branding content.

  • Hands on, down to earth but 'quick on your feet’;

  • Able to communicate and connect smoothly with different stakeholders;

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English;

  • 4 or 5 days available (38 hrs is FT)

  • Location: Our HQ is in Zwolle with a hybrid approach. You would be expected to be at the office at least 2 days a week.
  • You are currently based in the Netherlands, there are no international / relocation options at this stage.
