We are looking for a Recruiter at LOAVIES HQ in Zwolle!
LOAVIES is growing fast and with our ambitious ideas for the future of fashion, we even want to grow faster! In the past 2 years we doubled our team to over 100 people and in the next 12 months we hope to double up again! In this role you will be a business partner towards your hiring managers. You recruit for different types of disciplines such as Creative, Buying, Marketing and Customer Care. You think of recruitment and employer branding as the key concepts for building winning teams. With your experience & creativity you help take LOAVIES to the next level and change the world of fashion for good!
What’s the deal?
As a Recruiter you are part of our People & Culture Team and responsible for recruitment and employer branding. You will report to the Head of People & Culture and will work closely with a corporate recruiter. Together you are responsible for building winning teams at LOAVIES. You will focus on a great candidate journey and adding outstanding talent to our teams. Besides that, employer branding is a top priority on our People & Culture roadmap. It’s yours to (co-)design and execute this in a fashionable way ;-) LOAVIES is growing fast and we need you to take action!
What are you going to do?
Advise hiring managers on their hiring needs;
Job intakes with hiring managers and setting up the job profiles;
Position LOAVIES as an attractive employer and a great place to work;
Sourcing candidates on the relevant channels and engaging with them;
CV screening and candidate interviews (of course);
Building a talent pool (we love talent!);
Set-up “campus recruitment”
Take our employer branding to the next level;
Internal stakeholder management;
Take the lead and/or support in People & Culture projects.
Who are we looking for?
Experience with recruiting in a fast paced environment; We really are scaling up so never a dull moment!
You already have some experience with recruitment and/or employer branding / communication;
You are aware of the latest trends and developments in recruitment and employer branding;
Hands on, down to earth and 'quick on your feet’;
Able to communicate and connect smoothly with different stakeholders;
Highly proficient in spoken and written Dutch and English;
4 or 5 days available (38 hrs is FT)
