About the role:

As our new ‘Head of Creative’ you are responsible for the team and translate briefings or brand strategies into concepts and/or campaigns. You’ll be working on the most inspiring content and will be overseeing concepting to production for our awesome campaigns.
With the team you’ll be delivering different kinds of visual output for all of our channels. You’ll be part of our branding strategy and will be working closely with our Head of Marketing and CMO. You will be part of our weekly concepting and campaigning meetings and will brief this to the creative team. Together with your team, you work on the execution of different visuals, designs and/or basic animations. Mostly online, but always with branding on top of mind. You report to our Head of Marketing & CMO.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Weekly / daily activities such as editing visuals / campaigning / concepting and overseeing art direction of LOAVIES

  • Oversee planning and production of all of our visuals & content for all of our channels

  • Lead kickoff meetings for concepting & campaigning

  • Inspire and give a proper guidance to young talented team members to achieve their goals

  • Inform the senior management about the latest developments and advise how to integrate these in our way of working and/or channel strategy(s)


About You

  • Experience in a similar role, or ready to take on this as your next challenge (min. 5 years)

  • Your heart beats faster when it comes down at branding and you’re full of cool ideas

  • Pragmatic and hands-on, you are able to get things done

  • Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring skills, ability to develop young talent

  • You enjoy the fast pace of a growing company and love fashion & branding
