Then this is the position for you! You will be working in the Customer Care team of about 30 colleagues, at our head office in Zwolle.
Because LOAVIES can be reached via multiple channels, you will answer customer questions via email, social media and live chat. You work together with your team on a daily basis to make our customers happy and you are (jointly) responsible for the correct handling and registration of customer questions.
You have several years of work experience that you like to use to help your colleagues grow further. You bring in new ideas and are only satisfied when our customers are happy.
As a Customer Care employee you will perform the following activities;
Direct contact person for our customers: you are the first and most important contact
Handling questions and complaints while maintaining customer satisfaction
Providing help via email, live chat and social media
You enjoy helping customers
You bring 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Your Dutch and English are fluent!
You work accurately - you know what you're doing
You work best under pressure, because questions keep coming :)
Fulltime available: 38h per week
Start date: Between 06-09 & 11-10
You'll start together as much as possible
