As a Finance administrator at LOAVIES, you will have the opportunity to support the finance function with recording, reporting, complying and providing the organization with insightful information. Let your talents shine brightly! As a Finance administrator, you’ll be responsible for the accounts payable, accounts receivables, financial records, transaction recording, reporting and more. You’ll focus on data accuracy, timely processing of records, reconciliations and business support. You will report directly to our financial controller.
Preparing and processing financial documentations such as invoices, receipts, and credit notes;
Preparing payment batches;
Updating the financial inboxes on daily base;
Tracking and monitoring financial transactions;
Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy;
Performing accounting entries, reconciliations and support audits;
Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed;
Supporting the financial controller and CFO with monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting;
Supporting internal customers with finance related matters.

Minimum MBO level with finance / business administration orientation;
Comfortable working with Excel, google sheet, ERPs and similar data management programs;
