In this role you will work together with the performance marketing team on the setup and optimization of our performance marketing strategy in new markets.
What’s the deal?
For our performance marketing team we’re looking for a data-driven and ambitious Performance Marketeer who, together with our paid media (SEA, SEO, Social) specialists, will be responsible for the growth of our performance in new markets (e.g. France). Do you know all the ins- and outs of performance channels ánd have experience in entering a new market? Then this job is for you! 💯
What are you going to do?
Focus on localizing our (performance) digital marketing strategy and identifying new possibilities for growth in the new markets (for example France);
Take ownership in mapping out opportunities for the new markets and translating this into a strategy that you, together with our paid media specialists, will implement;
Track the day to day performance in the new markets and deep-dive into data to generate insights;
Onboard new marketplaces such as Zalando and setting up marketing campaigns;
Update the New Markets and Performance teams regularly on your insights;
You work closely with our New Markets team, Customer Experience, CRM and Creative team to ensure we deliver the most optimal customer experience for our customers in the new markets (FR);
You work closely with our paid media specialists (SEA and Social) and external agencies to implement our localized strategy.
Who are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in creating and implementing (new market) performance marketing strategies, preferably at an online marketing agency or within a high-paced e-commerce environment;
Both creative and analytical, eager to identify new opportunities and test them;
Experience with tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Smartly, Hotjar, etc.;
Experience in setting up Marketplaces is a prerequisite;
You’re hands-on, independent and proactive - but most importantly result-driven;
Have a good understanding of the French language/culture, or how to enter a new market in general? That’s a win for you! 🇫🇷
