As our Photographer, you'll play a key role in our Studio Team in a variety of visual output for our brand. This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for – and educational background in – photography. The Studio Team works on e-commerce photography and collaborates with various stakeholders to support marketing and communications projects like campaigns and social content. The team works tirelessly to produce, capture, retouch and catalog visual content for LOAVIES. You'll prepare shoots and process images, ensuring the final product meets our high standard and the work is achieved on deadline under quick turnaround times. You will report to our Head of Campaign. Some tasks that you will be responsible for are:

  • You brainstorm, present & execute together with the studio team our weekly campaigns & trend drops.

  • You photograph model e-commerce shoots, trends & campaigns;

  • You are responsible for the creation of (non-model) product photography;

  • You set up lighting plans for shoots and make tests shots as required;

  • You make the first selection of images during and after shoots, making sure the brief is fulfilled and we keep on schedule – watching for sharpness, accuracy, quality, and more;

  • You work with our stylists to make sure the Studio is in pristine condition, always presentable, and ready for action;

  • You order rental equipment, large props such as furniture, backdrops, and more as required;

  • You help with the first check for quality control of all edited images, both internally and from our external partners.

ALWAYS HUNGRY FOR MORE?

You are excited about bringing your experience to LOAVIES and creating the best possible photography. Together with a positive and ambitious attitude, these are the skills and experiences we hope you bring:

  • You have completed a degree in Photography or a related field;

  • You are available at least four days a week;

  • Knowledge of CaptureOne and experience with Adobe CS (especially Bridge and Photoshop);

  • You have at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in an e-commerce or fashion environment;

  • You are eager to follow creative input, adapt, and accept feedback;

  • You can rock it in a fast-paced fashion environment with rapidly changing priorities and tight deadlines. We have weekly drops, so sometimes samples can come in at the last minute. We need you to be flexible and willing to adapt. We shoot until it's done.
